Micro Waterjet LLC to exhibit New Machine at IMTS 2010.
Huntersville, NC, June 9, 2010: Micro Waterjet LLC announced they will feature a working Micro Waterjet cutting machine in their booth number N-6240 at the IMTS 2010 show being held at McCormick Place, Chicago, IL, September 13-18th, 2010.
The Micro Waterjet Machine will be fully operational and enable the attendees to observe the precision achievable with this exclusive process through the real time production of a variety of parts utilizing an array of substrates.
Micro Waterjet LLC provides a new ±3 micron positioning accuracy abrasive waterjet to combine waterjet cutting technology with the precision of a laser for your contract micro manufacturing needs. Expect surface quality up to N7 for titanium or alloys without negative effects of process forces and thermal stress. Decrease scrap rates and deburring while producing biocompatible, precision parts with tolerances ±0.01 mm.
