Meyer Tool Huntersville was approached by an artist who specializes in glass art pieces. He shared with us that he has used two different waterjet cutting providers in the past and found our Microwaterjet cutting process interesting. He shared his files and requirements with us. We hosted a couple virtual meetings to fully understand his scope and decided the best solution for him would be MACROWATERJET cutting. Although many of his glass pieces are small, our experience with Microwaterjet services carried over to the versatility of MACROWATERJET.
The results were impressive, but now we had 264 fragile pieces of glass to package and ship. Fortunately, our experience with small delicate parts allowed us to derive a custom packaging method that protected his pieces from being compromised before reaching their destination. Our new customer was impressed when he received his pieces. We have and will continue to provide glass cutting services for him.
