This part is used in retail merchandise security. Micro Waterjet was chosen as their preferred provided based on kerf size, accuracy and delivery.
This part is made out of Full Hard Stainless Steel, 0.5 mm (.020″) thick. It features 0.5 mm (.020 in) holes with an overall size of 13 mm x 18 mm (0.5 in x 0.7 inch).
Flat pattern was delivered to customer who performed the bending operation.
