Steve Parette – Managing Director

Steve is our managing director. He has thirty years in the precision machining industry. His experience includes service department management, project management, team building, mentoring and personal development. His main strength is being able to form and strengthen customer relationships with people who have challenges with precision made components, delivery times, and product value. His other specialties include creative manufacturing, problem solving and relationship management.

Brian Pitts – Technical Sales Engineer

Brian is our technical sales engineer. He works closely with the customer, to help solve the challenges they face, and provide a solution for their precision cutting needs. His experience includes 25 years in the manufacturing industry, which includes machining, stamping, quality control, production management, and customer service, as well as 18 years in the service industry as a business owner.
